Returns and Exchanges
We hope you are satisfied with your purchase of eyewear. If you have any questions, you can apply for a return or exchange according to the following policy:
1. Return/Exchange Period
You can apply for a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving the goods.
Applications will not be accepted after 30 days (except in special circumstances).
2. Return/Exchange Conditions
Please ensure the goods meet the following requirements:
• Unused, unscratched, and undamaged
• Original packaging intact (including case, accessories, tags, etc.)
• Does not affect resale
Unsupported items for return/exchange:
• Eyeglasses that have been worn or used
• Damage caused by human error (e.g., scratched lenses, deformed frames, etc.)
3. Costs
Quality issues / Wrong item sent: We will cover all return shipping costs and provide a free exchange or full refund.
Non-quality reasons (e.g., dislike, incorrect prescription): Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
4. Exchange Policy
Exchanges require prior confirmation of stock availability from customer service.

If there is a price difference, a refund or supplement will be provided.
5. Return/Exchange Process
• Contact customer service to submit an application (provide order number and a description of the problem)
• Obtain the return address after approval

• After we receive and inspect the item:
Refunds will be returned to the original payment method within 3–7 business days. Exchanges will be resent within 1–3 business days.
6. Precautions
Do not send the item back without confirmation.
We recommend using a trackable logistics method.
If the item does not meet the return/exchange conditions, we reserve the right to refuse processing.
