Refund Policy
At Xiocis, your well-being and health are our top priority. If you feel there is any room for improvement in terms of vision, comfort, or style, please let us know within 30 days of receiving your glasses, and we will do our best to find a suitable solution for you. All our frames come with a 1-year warranty covering defects in workmanship and materials. Xiocis lenses come with a 2-year unconditional warranty. Within 2 years, we will replace one worn or damaged lens free of charge and retain your original prescription. Xiocis lenses and children's lenses come with a 1-year unconditional warranty. Within 1 year, we will replace one worn or damaged lens free of charge and retain your original prescription.
